I wanted to reach out to the group and see if anyone has completed any recent equipment audits that capture and record their Air lifting bags, Ropes & Hardware and any other NFPA 1006 type of equipment that requires tracking logs and usage logs etc. I know speaking with a few Chiefs, not many dig deep into this and rarely are usage and trackers used. Upon a recent audit we have found multiple expired air lifting bags that we have removed from service and added to this coming years budget. Does anyone have a good maintenance and tracker document and SOG that they utilize and could share?
